Born in Lima, Peru and with a commercial pilot licence Michael is an experienced senior level executive with over 25 years experience in leading global teams in aviation, medical and digital marketing industry areas. 

He has a strong business acumen with in-depth P&L responsibilities and hands-on experience in enterprise level direct and indirect sales, business development and relationship management, deal making and operating at the highest levels in private sector and government organisations. Michael is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and he has wide experience in sales and marketing across geographies including Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle-East, Africa, the Caribbean and South American countries. His in-depth knowledge and cultural sensitivity equip him well in dealing with diverse business situations where there is a requirement to quickly visualize, grasp and conclude business opportunities in rapidly changing environments.
