Prior to founding AGILE8 CONSULTING LIMITED, Kevin was a Managing Consultant with PA Consulting Group in Europe and Hong Kong. This followed earlier oil industry service in engineering and IT. His engineering and IT career has ranged from LNG process control and the management of large capital engineering projects in the Middle East to distributed computer control systems, artificial intelligence (AI) and expert systems.

With over eighteen years experience in consulting his areas of expertise include project and programme management, outsourcing, change management, sales effectiveness and customer management.

Kevin's extensive experience in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia combined with his broad experience in a diverse range of IT and business process industries and senior line functions enable him to advise AGILE8 clients on all relevant aspects of managing, transforming and sourcing their businesses in Asia.
